Since 2011, Test Automation Days has grown from a Dutch conference into an international meeting place for the test automation community. Over 15 editions, thousands of test professionals have joined us to share knowledge, exchange experiences and explore the future of test automation.

But what does 15 editions actually look like? Here are a few numbers that tell the story.

40+ countries

Over the years, Test Automation Days has welcomed participants from more than 40 different countries. The Netherlands is naturally our largest audience, followed by Germany, Belgium, Spain and the United Kingdom. And the international character of TAD isn’t limited to our participants. Speakers have travelled from countries as far away as Australia and South Africa to share their knowledge and experience.

60 keynotes

Every edition of Test Automation Days features four keynote speakers. Since the first edition in 2011, that means 60 keynotes have taken the stage. Over the years, these keynotes have explored the changing world of test automation, from the challenges of early automation to today’s conversations around AI, quality engineering and the future of software development.

300+ sessions and workshops

Across 15 editions, more than 300 practical sessions and workshops have contributed to the TAD program. Over the years, our program has brought together expert insights, real-world experiences and practical lessons from across the test automation community.

1,000+ Call for Cases submissions

The TAD program has always been strongly connected to the community. Over the years, we’ve received more than 1,000 Call for Cases submissions from professionals eager to share their experiences, challenges, successes and lessons learned. That’s a lot of knowledge shared by the community, for the community.

150 laptops in action

On Day 1, around 150 participants bring their laptops to our hands-on workshops and get to work. It’s a day dedicated to learning by doing, experimenting with new techniques and applying them in practice.

One founding partner

And some things haven’t changed since the beginning. Squerist, our founding partner, has been involved with Test Automation Days since the very first edition in 2011.

15 editions and counting

More than 40 countries. 60+ keynotes. 300+ sessions and workshopshops. 1,000+ Call for Cases submissions. Thousands of test professionals. The numbers show how much Test Automation Days has grown. But behind every number is a person sharing knowledge, asking a question, starting a conversation or making a new connection.

On March 3 & 4, 2027, Test Automation Days returns to Gooiland in Hilversum for its 16th edition.

We’re looking forward to welcome you at this edition!
