We were using E2E UI tests in production but they kept waking us up at night. We needed a better way to monitor critical flows, which led us to discover the world of synthetic monitoring – a proactive approach that simulates user interactions to give us better data on the health of our systems in production. In this talk, João Proença will share everything he learned about the subject and how they replaced unreliable UI checks with API-driven probes using familiar tools, improved observability, and built a more reliable, scalable monitoring framework.
João Proença, Expert Quality Engineer, Ada Health will host the session “Decoding Synthetic Monitoring: A Journey from E2E UI Tests to Service-Level Probes” that will take place on Thursday March 5.
