On March 4 and March 5, the 15th edition of Test Automation Days will take place at Gooiland, Hilversum, The Netherlands. This year’s theme is The Impact of Test Automation. In the last decade Test Automation Days has proven to be the key meeting place for the international test automation community. A two-day conference filled with innovative and transforming talks, workshops and hands-on experiences.

The Impact of Test Automation

Who doesn’t want to create impact? It may sound like a rhetorical question, but actually demonstrating your impact is another matter entirely. That’s why we’re calling on you to share your story – to inspire your peers and showcase how your work in Test Automation (TA) has truly made a difference.

Impact can take many forms. Consider sharing your experiences through one or more of the following (or other) angles:

  • Testing Excellence: How has test automation helped you or your team achieve better (testing) outcomes?
  • Organizational Resilience: In what ways has TA contributed to more stable or adaptive systems, teams and your organization?
  • Business Value: What was the impact on the business – from reducing costs to delivering better systems, faster?
  • Sustainability: How has TA contributed to greener, more sustainable testing practices? Or the impact of TA on sustainability?
  • Non-Functional Testing: What impact has TA had on performance, security, or other non-functional aspects?
  • Team Collaboration: Has test automation improved collaboration and communication in your (Scrum) team?
  • Your Personal Journey: As a TA engineer, how have you made an impact – whether through success, failure, or valuable lessons learned?

Call for Cases

You don’t need to be an experienced speaker to take the stage, you just need a story that matters. The program committee is here to support you:

  • Need help writing your proposal? Just ask us (the members of the program committee) for feedback (without any obligations from our side).
  • Selected for a session or masterclass? We’ll reach out and offer speaker coaching.
  • First-time speaker? We’ve got your back with guidance and support.

We are looking for half-day masterclasses (3-hours) on day one and 40-minute presentations or workshops during the second day. Submit your case before Thursday October 9, 2025.
