Organizing physical meetings and conferences is possible again! We as CKC Seminars hope and want to meet as many physically as possible at our conferences, but of course we also depend on national measures and developments. View the full guidelines for events from the central government here.
From March 23, all covid measures will expire. What does this mean for Test Automation Days?:
- All events are allowed. Test Automation Days will take place completely on location.
- In addition, COVID-ticket, face masks and social distancing are no longer necessary.
- Other basic rules must also be taken into account, such as washing and disinfecting your hands regularly, not shaking hands and coughing / sneezing into your elbow.
Therefore we expect to meet each other in person on the planned dates. However, if this is not possible, we have already created a back-up plan. We cannot and do not want to wait, after all, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation are in our DNA. We will carry on organizing our conferences.
Our policy – guaranteed continuation
If the measures by the Dutch Government lead us to conclude that we cannot meet in person, or if the measures do not give us enough room to organize the conference with the high quality that you are used, we have several options. The first option is always to move the conference to a later date, so hopefully meeting in person will be possible again. We have noticed that the power of meeting in person is much stronger than meeting online.
If moving on is no longer a realistic option for the congress, the next steps will be considered for each congress. This will be discussed in good time with the stakeholders involved.
For all options, we naturally go for the quality of the conference and safe and responsible meetings are paramount. In this way, the backup plan is ready, so that we can continue to guarantee maximum results and quality. There is therefore a guarantee of passage: we will continue anyway, on the planned date or at a later moment. All registrations will then be moved free of charge. The parties involved will of course be informed of this in good time (per congress).
You can therefore register for and participate in our conferences without any worries!
What does this mean for you, as a sponsor/speaker/participant?
We guarantee that the congress will take place, hopefully physically on the scheduled date, but otherwise at a later time. We inform all our stakeholders personally by e-mail. If you have not yet received anything, please do not hesitate to contact your contact person or via +31 (0)40-2146200.
